Eyes that Seethe (Lunar Soul - Ivory Storm Hunter)
Caste: Full Moon
Totem: Panda

In the far climes of the Southeast, before this land was called the Scavenger Lands, it was the thriving center of all Exalted. In the deepest jungles, the darkest tombs, secrets were kept in cities and temples. Few were given the secrets to guard such treasures and precious locations. But Eyes that Seethe was one such Lunar.

Her devotion to protect treasures knew no bounds. She would chastise and question exalted and mortals. Use magics and artifacts to take memories. In the final years of her life, she took memories even of those scholars and sorcerers that created the very things she protected. All for the sake of safeguarding a knowledge that should not be known, or should be forgotten.

Her kills were many, leaving people and exalts as little more than living zombies. The wyld hunts did not find her to kill her. Honestly, none could locate her. But her own twisted ponderings sent her farther into the wyld. She ended her own life as a chimera. A freshly killed soul with thousands of years of knowledge. And now it is wiped away with a rebirth.

Perhaps in the end, Eyes that Seethe has truly won!

Masked Starfall (Lunar Soul - Theon)

Caste: No Moon
Totem: 9 tails fox

His fingers and mind brought forth inventive and deadly creations of First Age weapons. Swords, daggers, daiklaves, whips, fist weapons, staffs, spears, and special items that when brought together in the right hands could quell any insurgency with extreme force.

Always he wore a mask, strangely painted white with symbols of power etched with the blood of fallen fae. None ever truly saw his face, nor even his eyes. For the mask hide these as well behind gems laid in the sockets. His voice was a melody, speaking in riddles, like song. And those who believed he did not know how to wield the creations he wrought were left smote with runes carved into their ghosts and souls.

As a No Moon, Masked Starfall knew to utterly defeat a person or thing was to bind that soul once it left the body. Destroying it could be a terrible slight against the gods and the will of policy. But binding, holding, setting spells upon them seemed a far better route.

Little is known of his life beyond that he served well his Solar masters. He oftens worked for many, but held his word bond to exalt, a Lunar. Though he would bow to the Solars, his heart was closely bound to that of another Lunar. However, his love Alabaster Viper was married and bound to a Solar. The news crushed his spirit, sending him into the treacherous hands of Solars warring for more power. Blindly, he created weapons for them, but in them were pieces of a spell. And if these weapons were brought together, the secret of it would be learned.

But what spell it could be...or if it would be unleashed...is a mystery only one or two left in the world know. The Solars killed him after his works were complete, so his talents could not be used against them.

In exaltation, this soul returned to a man called Theon.

Ruyigin - Scales like Waves (Lunar soul - Archimedes)
Caste: Waxing
Totem: Dragon of Rivers

Among the waters did Ruyigin wander. So few could discern he laid among their lands until it was far too late. A cunning mind, he hunted in perfect silence, finding those that broke laws or were sought by the hand of Solar masters. Once the prey was found, he waited to learn all he could. And when action was deemed necessary, did he rise from the waters calling his talons of Dragon-blooded to carry out the conquests by his masters.

His life was spent in quiet meditations, seeking to understand the soft singing of Luna. For him, she was the mother he could lay his head in the lap of, listening to her sing and sing. When not at war, he often sought the songs of spirits and ladies, to caress his horns, and let him think deeply, to dream.

And dream he did, such fantastic things. He would try whispering them to his night caste master, to write and compile these visions for the days and nights to come. His solar Night Caste master was a lovely woman of bright eyes the color of deep seas. And she was usually annoyed at having to listen to the dragon's prattle, sending him away to her circle mate Eclipse to compose these books. It is said these books still exist.

The Lunar's death was a troubling thing for this Solar master, who found she missed his prattling. When his soul returned, it was reborn into Archimedes.

Silver Lord of Blades (Lunar soul - Drokan)

Caste: Full Moon
Totem: Silver Tiger

When Solars called for war, he was the First and the Last in the battle fields. One of many generals to command legions of Lunars and Dragon-blooded, Silver Lord of Blades could not be matched.

A tiger of pure silver and midnight markings, this Lunar was a fierce voice and demanding creature of battle and woe. His snarls and roars alone could make an enemy think twice of stepping into battle. Garbed in the Vestments of Mother's Tears, powerfully enscrolled and etched moonsilver armor, and wielding the ancient Star Sunder daiklave, this Full Moon could battle second circle demons, the fae, any foe of creation and the gods.

Yet unlike other Lunar generals, he had a sharp mind and questioned his Solars. He demanded to understand the reasons for battle more than the logistics. An eclipse bound him to service for his constant questioning, forcing the weight of heaven upon him. His final task sent him into the South. What was left in his army's wake became a terrible Shadowland. He had warned the Solar, but he could not stop this attack due to the mandate of heaven upon his soul.

And yet, he let one live. One person escaped. A simple mortal. A little girl. He could not bring himself to kill her. She thanked him in the most simple and beautiful of ways. She pressed her tears to his fur, wiped her eyes clean, and swore she would never cry again. He saved her heart.

His mandate broken, he felt the anger of heaven. Returning to his eclipse master, he took up his daiklave and slit open his own stomach.

After spending ages in penance for ritual suicide, his soul has been reborn in a man named Drokam.

Fey'len na Mar'gana - Taeyrem Kethryen Nalaran - Blessed Scholar of the Endless Path
Twilight Caste Solar

Authoritarian rulership from an ivory tower ill-suited the sorcerer, even at the height of the First Age. A master craftsman with a wandering foot, with restless energy to map, see and learn the mysteries of their world. The heart of civilization were too confining for all but short visits.

The new lands being carved out and the Wyld borders were more the mapmaker's home. Stabilizing land, and using her geomancy to find suitable locations for manse or other Exalt construction. "Keth" would frequently spend years at a time traveling before visiting civilization again, often with one or more students in tow. She would bring with her the maps, material and knowledge for another grand project - and depart again at the first excuse with any circle or group heading out.

She was more often in the company of Lunars then any other exalt - traveling with the armies or at the request of generals to map the unknown lands. Serving faithfully through the many battles with the Raksha and demons, even as she grew weary of the constant warfare - salvaging resources and artifacts after the battle to help. Even remaining to support through the conflicts with primordials.

But when these foes were beaten, the exalts turned inward to fight amongst themselves. Keth tried for a time to remain uninvolved, and even tried to act as a negotiator to keep the peace. But the Eclipse soon distanced her trial and error, twisting truths and situations to manipulate what work she sought. Never did she realize the game until far too late.

As history shows, the arguments became pettier, the fighting more direct and lethal. Despairing of the fall their people were taking, the solar took her students and lunar companion -fleeing into the wyld to escape the civil war.

Warfare remained a heated exchange where primodials and raksha worked hard upon their craft. It was here she learned a terrible truth, that the fair folk queen aided the primordials with their shaping to destroy the godborn. Such a twist of terrible fate, dancing on the edges of treaties made with the Solars.

Cloud Hearted, a lunar lover she kept near, gave careful advice and aided in the creation of her cartography. Together they had seen the world and savored experiences. Yet their final entry into the Wyld brought his death by raksha hands. She would have followed if not finding a stairwell and passage among the trees she had dreamt of over and over through her previous souls, and now this one.

It was at the top of the stairs she found a sleeping fair one, crowned in gold and opal, eyes molten like the sun, and skin as pale as moonlight on lilies. Her heart skipped a beat falling instantly in love, so moved she leaned and kissed him. Those eyes flashed open, a blade brought a breath from killing her before strangely...he recognized her and spoke a name she held in her first incarnations.

What happened then is a blur even to that soul. But they died together, or so she thought?
